What to include so we can help fast:

• Your listing: the exact host (for example yourtool.com). Owners can ask to update a name or description, hide the score badge, or remove a $0 seeded listing.
• Payments: the Polar receipt email or order id. Billing questions and the refund and dispute policy both start here.
• Scan results: the report URL and the check you disagree with. Every check shows its evidence; if the evidence is wrong we fix the scanner, not the score.
