Terms of service
topmarketing.lol scans public websites, scores them against 39 documented checks, and publishes the scores on a public board. The full report for a site is sold as a one-time digital product. By scanning a site or buying a report you agree to these terms, the how it works page and the refund and dispute policy.
Scanning
- Anyone can scan any public website. We only fetch what the site serves to any visitor.
- Scores are computed automatically from the checks listed on the how-it-works page and are published with the site's name and address.
- If you operate a site and do not want it scanned, block the
topmarketing-scanuser agent or email us and we will remove it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars; Polar adds any applicable tax at checkout.
No guarantees
The checks are objective but limited. A high score does not mean a site will rank, convert or sell; a low score does not mean it will not. Click counts are shown as recorded and are not audited. The service may be changed, paused or shut down.
Listed sites
Sites on the board are linked with rel="nofollow". Appearing here passes no search ranking signal and claims none. We may edit a listing's name or description for length or accuracy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
